How does it work?
iStore and FNB now give you the option of buying your Apple product with a reduced interest rate payment plan. After 12 or 24 months you’ll have the choice to trade in your product, which will offset your outstanding instalments and allow you to purchase a new product. Or you can continue to pay the monthly instalment until the end of the contract term.

Select FNB Budget Option in the payment section at checkout.
Select the payment term and input your South African ID number. Continue to pay using a qualifying FNB credit card.
Full amount of your purchase comes off your straight facility.
Purchase amount transferred on budget facilty within 3-5 working days.

Make finding a family affair

Share AirTag with up to five people. So items that everyone uses — like an umbrella, a bike, or the family car keys - can be tracked by friends and family.

Misplacing something like your keys doesn’t have to be a big deal when it has AirTag attached. Open the Items tab in the Find My app or ask Siri for help if whatever’s missing is hiding nearby. And with a 50% louder speaker, you can now hear AirTag from up to twice as far away.

If your AirTag is nearby, your iPhone or Apple Watch can lead you straight to it. Thanks to its expanded Precision Finding range1,2 and built-in Ultra Wideband technology, you’ll see the exact distance and direction to head in - whether you left it on the counter or in the car.

 

Get by with a little help from over a billion friends.

If you’ve left something behind, like at a cafe, the beach, or the airport, the Find My network can leverage more than a billion iPhone, iPad, and Mac devices while protecting your privacy every step of the way.

 

How does it work?

Your AirTag sends out a secure Bluetooth signal that can be detected by nearby devices in the Find My network. These devices send the location of your AirTag to iCloud — then you can go to the Find My app and see it on a map. The whole process is anonymous and encrypted to protect your privacy. And itʼs efficient, so thereʼs no need to worry about battery life or data usage.

 

Lost Mode makes finding things even easier.

Just like your other Apple devices, AirTag can be put into Lost Mode. Then, when it’s detected by a device in the network, you’ll automatically get a notification. You can also set it so someone can get your contact info by tapping your AirTag with their NFC-capable smartphone - that’s the same technology that lets people pay for things with their phones.

 

Privacy is built in.

Only you can see where your AirTag is. Your location data and history are never stored on the AirTag itself. Devices that relay the location of your AirTag also stay anonymous, and that location data is encrypted every step of the way. So not even Apple knows the location of your AirTag or the identity of the device that helps find it.

 

Long live the battery.

AirTag works for more than a year on a standard battery you can easily replace when your iPhone alerts you.3

 

Splish, splash.

Let’s say you’ve tagged your keys and - oops - dropped them in a puddle. Or they’re in the path of a colossal spill. Hey, that’s OK. Your AirTag is water and dust resistant.4

  2. Precision Finding on Apple Watch requires an Apple Watch Series 9, or later, or Apple Watch Ultra 2, or later, with watchOS 26.2.1.

Testing conducted by Apple in December 2025 using preproduction AirTag (2nd generation) units and software paired with iPhone 17, iPhone 17 Pro, iPhone 17 Pro Max, and iPhone Air units running preproduction software. Battery life based on everyday average usage of playing sound and Precision Finding. Battery life varies with usage, environmental conditions, replacement battery manufacturer, and many other factors; actual results will vary.
  4. AirTag is splash, water, and dust resistant and was tested under controlled laboratory conditions with a rating of IP67 under IEC standard 60529 (maximum depth of 1 meter up to 30 minutes). Splash, water, and dust resistance are not permanent conditions and resistance might decrease as a result of normal wear. Refer to the Safety and Handling documentation for cleaning and drying instructions.
