Online returns and refunds

If the product you purchased arrived broken, faulty or is not what you thought you ordered, you can return it to iStore by completing the below form.

If you aren’t the original purchaser, you will need to have the proof of purchase. Refunds will only be made to the original purchasers payment method or via gift card. The original purchaser may be contacted before a refund is processed.

For Pay by Bank, you will need to supply a copy of your ID as well as proof of banking. Please note that refunds to business accounts need to be accompanied by banking confirmation on the business letter head. All documents are stored within POPIA guidance and are only used for the purpose of processing the refund.
