Promotions Terms & Conditions

  1. iStore Pre-owned Sale 2026
    1. iStore Pre-owned Sale Terms and conditions apply.
    2. All offers are valid while stocks last.
    3. Promotional prices apply only to selected products.
    4. Sale offer and prices may be subject to change without prior notice.
    5. Selected App only deals will be available exclusively on the app on 24 May 2026 as part of an early access promotion and will be valid for one day only.
    6. App only deals are limited to selected promotional products and may not be available in-store or on the website during the early access period on the 24 May 2026.
    7. Stock cannot be checked centrally from the call centre as stock will change throughout the day.
    8. No stock can be reserved as purchases will be treated on a first come first serve basis.
    9. Selected sale products are limited to a fixed number of available stock, once this stock has been purchased, the deal will come to an end and the product will be sold at the normal price.
    10. Sale units are limited to 2 per customer per offer or product.
    11. Coupons may not be used in conjunction with Sale deals.
    12. Accessories do not include devices shown in the images.
    13. Where stock is available in store - stock levels may vary by store and can only be checked at your nearest store.
    14. Refunds will be processed based on the promotional purchase price paid.
    15. Sale R1000 trade in enhancer valid from 25 May-7 June 2026. To qualify for the additional R1000, the following criteria needs to be met:
      1. Traded-in product needs to be fully functional (pass all diagnostics, including 80% battery)
      2. The product can not have a cracked screen or any other physical damage to the body of the device (light scratches, wear and tear is acceptable)
      3. The product needs to be a 2020 or newer model, ie: Mac- Apple M1-chip or newer, iPhone- iPhone 12 or newer, iPad- iPad Air 4th gen, iPad Pro 4th gen, iPad mini 5th gen, iPad 7th gen or newer models and Apple Watch: Apple Watch SE (2nd Gen or newer), Series 7 or Apple Watch Ultra 2 and newer.
      4. You need to purchase a new product at the same time of your trade-in in order to qualify for the additional R1000.
      5. The R1000 enhancer will be applied as a discount at point of purchase or as cash back into your bank account (please note this will be a separate transfer).

  3. Terms and Conditions for 5% Student Discount
    1. This promotion is available exclusively to students with a valid student ID card.
    2. The student must present a valid student card at the time of purchase to qualify for the discount.
    3. Eligible students will receive 5% off the purchase price of any Mac, iPad, or iPhone.
    4. This discount applies to the full price of the selected product and cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or offers.
    5. The 5% student discount is available for in-store purchases only and cannot be redeemed online.
    6. This promotion is valid while stocks last. The company reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time.
    7. The discount is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.2.8 iStore Pre-owned reserves the right to request further identification if necessary.
    8. iStore Pre-owned reserves the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
  4. Free Gifts & Promotional Items:
    1. Where a device is purchased with a free gift, promotional item, or bundled accessory (including but not limited to covers, cases, chargers, or other accessories), such item forms part of the overall transaction.
    2. If the device is returned for a refund, the free gift, promotional item, or bundled accessory must be returned at the same time, in its original condition, including any original packaging.
    3. If the free gift, promotional item, or bundled accessory:
      is not returned,
      is damaged, or
      is not in a resalable condition,
      iStore Pre-owned reserves the right to decline the refund or deduct the value of the free gift or promotional item from the refund amount.
  5. Float Campaign Terms & Conditions:
    1. Get a R250 discount on your purchase when you use Float as your payment method.
    2. The promotion is valid for a limited time only.
    3. To qualify, the winner must apply the promotional code at checkout and complete payment using Float.
    4. A minimum spend of R2,500 is required per transaction.
    5. The promotion is valid for one-time use only per customer.
    6. The offer is subject to Float approval and standard Float terms and conditions.
    7. The promotion may not be used in conjunction with any other offers or promotions.
    8. iStore Pre-owned reserves the right to amend or withdraw the promotion at any time without prior notice.
