  1. General
    1. Coupon codes issued for online purchases cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions.
    2. Coupon codes issued for online purchases cannot be used against the purchase of Gift Cards.
    3. Offers are valid while stocks last unless otherwise stipulated.1.3 Stock cannot be checked centrally from the call centre as stock will change throughout the day.
    4. No stock can be reserved as purchases will be treated on a first come first serve basis.
    5. Promo products are limited to 3 per customer per offer or product.
    6. Coupons may not be used in conjunction with promotion deals.

  2. Terms and Conditions for 5% Student Discount
    1. This promotion is available exclusively to students with a valid student ID card.
    2. The student must present a valid student card at the time of purchase to qualify for the discount.
    3. Eligible students will receive 5% off the purchase price of any Mac, iPad, or iPhone.
    4. This discount applies to the full price of the selected product and cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or offers.
    5. The 5% student discount is available for in-store purchases only and cannot be redeemed online.
    6. This promotion is valid while stocks last. The company reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time.

  3. Free Gifts & Promotional Items:
    1. Where a device is purchased with a free gift, promotional item, or bundled accessory (including but not limited to covers, cases, chargers, or other accessories), such item forms part of the overall transaction.
    2. If the device is returned for a refund, the free gift, promotional item, or bundled accessory must be returned at the same time, in its original condition, including any original packaging.
    3. If the free gift, promotional item, or bundled accessory:
      is not returned,
      is damaged, or
      is not in a resalable condition,
      iStore Pre-owned reserves the right to decline the refund or deduct the value of the free gift or promotional item from the refund amount.
  4. Float Campaign Terms & Conditions:
    1. Get a R250 discount on your purchase when you use Float as your payment method.
    2. The promotion is valid for a limited time only.
    3. To qualify, the winner must apply the promotional code at checkout and complete payment using Float.
    4. A minimum spend of R2,500 is required per transaction.
    5. The promotion is valid for one-time use only per customer.
    6. The offer is subject to Float approval and standard Float terms and conditions.
    7. The promotion may not be used in conjunction with any other offers or promotions.
    8. iStore Pre-owned reserves the right to amend or withdraw the promotion at any time without prior notice.
