- Yes, a working charger should be provided.
- If no working charger is included, R500 will be deducted from your final buyback value.

How is the PC buyback value calculated??
- Values are determined by the processor generation and battery health.
- For example, a 10th Gen i5 with a healthy battery (75%+) is valued at R3,500, while a 11th Gen i5 with a healthy battery is valued at R4,000.
- If the battery is degraded (below 75% or 70% depending on gen), the value is reduced but still guaranteed at a minimum of R3,000 for qualifying models.

This guaranteed buy back is valid to ALL customers that trade in a qualifying PC.
All general trade in T&Cs apply.
All devices will be physically inspected at point of trade-in. The assessment is final and binding.
Devices must boot to a Windows desktop with a valid, licensed version of Windows OS installed.
The guaranteed buy-back values listed are valid for devices meeting all stated specifications and condition requirements.
Screen pressure damage (discolouration, dark spots, bleed marks from touch pressure on the LCD panel) is classified as major damage and disqualifies the device from the programme.
If no working charger is provided, R500 will be deducted from the applicable buy-back value.
Battery health will be verified using diagnostic tools at the point of trade-in. The reading at inspection is final.
Buy-back values are applied as a credit towards the purchase of a new Apple device or an iStore Voucher and are not redeemable for cash.
This programme is subject to availability and may be withdrawn or amended at any time without prior notice.
Devices that do not meet the minimum qualifying specifications will not be accepted into the programme.
