Follow these steps to get your Windows Laptop ready for trade in:
Book a Trade in consultation at your nearest iStore.
Back up your data, images and other information on your laptop before coming to iStore.
Remember to bring your laptop power adapter and cable with you.
Come in store and meet with your appointed consultant.
A series of ‘on device’ diagnostics and physical assessment will be completed.
Your trade-in value will be confirmed, which you can use to discount any Mac.

3. Before coming into an iStore, please back up your device. iStore will not take responsibility for loss of any data.
4. Only PC laptops are accepted, desktop PCs are not accepted for trade in.
5. Only laptops with Celeron and Core i3 4th Generation and up will be accepted.
6. All laptops need to boot up in order to qualify for trade in.
7. All laptops must include the original charger.
