Due to these products being previously owned, conditions can vary and we have designed a product condition guide to help guide your decision across three grading options; Good, Better and Best. An iStore Pre-owned product is a previously owned product which has been traded in, restored and refurbished to the highest standards possible through our extensive quality program.

iStore Pre-owned is the official home to all iStore Certified Pre-owned products at iStore. For all new Apple and other products visit

iStore gift cards and or vouchers are not accepted on iStore Pre-owned at this stage.

When you place an order for a product, your order is subject to product availability. Stock of all products on the iStore Pre-owned Online and at any iStore Pre-owned Store is limited and that pricing may change at any time without notice to you. iStore Pre-Owned will take all reasonable efforts to monitor stock levels and ensure that when stock is no longer available, that offers thereof are removed from the Website. iStore Pre-Owned cannot guarantee the availability of stock. Product catalogue in store and online may vary.

What is included in the box?

All iPhone purchases include a generic USB charging cable. Power adaptor and Earphones are sold separately.

All iPad purchases include a generic USB charging cable. Power adaptor and Earphones are sold separately.

All iPad Pro purchases include a generic USB charging cable and Power adaptor. Earphones are sold separately.

All Mac purchases include a generic charger.


All iStore Pre-owned hardware products (iPhone, Mac, iPad and Apple Watch) are covered by a twelve month local warranty, all other products carry a 6 month local warranty.

Product technical faults are covered under the warranty.


iStore Pre-owned currently only accepts credit cards.

No, only South African credit cards will be accepted for purchase on iStore Pre-owned online. Diners and American Express cards are unfortunately not accepted.

Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

1. iStore Pre-Owned will refund or exchange any online purchases within 7 days from the date the customer received the product as long as the item has not been used or installed and is returned in the original packaging and that the relevant proof of purchase is provided.

2. A 20% handling fee will be charged on opened / used purchases. Products will not be refunded or exchanged due to incompatibility. Please check compatibility information before placing an order. A courier collection fee of R100.00 may be charged on refunds and exchanges. iStore Pre-Owned will refund the purchase price of any product within 30 days after you cancel your agreement with iStore Pre-Owned.

3. iStore Pre-Owned will give you a refund based on the original payment method used to buy the products.

4. All Returned Products are subject to inspection by iStore Pre-Owned prior to a refund or an exchange. 

5. You may also elect to exchange a Returned Product for another product (the “Exchange Product”) that is of the same value as the Returned Product. If the price of the Returned Product is less than that of the Exchange product, you will be liable to pay the cash difference between the two products. And if the price of the Returned Product is more than that of the Exchange product, iStore Pre-owned will refund the balance to your credit card used on the original invoice. 

6. Refunds can take between 10-14 working days to process from date that the product is received back at the iStore Pre-Owned warehouse.

7. Where you buy services though the iStore Pre-Owned website, you agree that iStore can start providing the services before 7 days have passed from the date that you bought the services.

Depending on where you live, all orders will be delivered in 2-5 working days.

Delivery is free for orders that are R500 and over and costs R100 for orders less than this.

All deliveries are completed Monday - Friday between business working hours.

Please contact our sales support team at in order to arrange a delivery address change. To note, once dispatched from our warehouse the delivery address cannot changed. 

iStore Pre-owned uses a reputable courier company and both entities take the necessary measures to ensure your order arrives safe and sound.
